| This is a reduced-to-very-essentials version of the old "Advanced Video Control UI" by Xabora. As the project name suggests,this little mod allow to tweak the spell's particle intensity and to force low quality shaders. Xabora's mod had a bunch of other features,but given the fact that not all the people are tweak-freaks,i thought to keep it simple and only implement the two most requested features from AoC players.
