Change log

- Added small tabs above combat arrow at bottom of screen (thanks to Paperecho for the Idea!) - Corrected the detailed team window, now not displaying empty mana bar for classes that don't have mana. - Corrected the floating bars having same binding as bottom bars. (Still one draw back , the 2nd floating bars displays the same icons as the first floating, I am looking into this). - Corrected bug of the 2 bottom bars without ALT -Paging, new fix should fix the problem of ALT pagining still working.
