New Plugin - KTT: Timers

Alows the trigering of custom timers of events in combat log Timers can count down from or up to a set number of seconds Long timers are showin in minutes and hours Timers also have a progress bar to visualy show the status Sorted so shortest timer remaining timers fall to the bottom Timers can have custom colors Sounds can play at the start or end of the timers must be a .wav file Timers can be tracked on multiple targets Dots and Hots can also be tracked (require a special check for it to work) Config shows a sample timer You can import and export timer settings

New Settings Saving Code in place

Added a Settings object to the IHost Allows savign of individual settings Allows saving of large sets of data Settings saved as XML backup is created on each save incase XML becomes corrupt on exit the settings get written to XML so any bad settings should get replaced. All plugins can use this to save settings Other
