~Changes:
1. Reworked the ActionBars.
~~~~ The 6 buttons in the middle (Directional attack keys) now bind to the Left Action Buttons 1-6.
~~~~ Removed any ActionBars that may of been linked to the extended action bars.
2. Restored the TABS at the top of the screen. (To fix an issue with some screens and the TABS being hidden until mouseover).
