TaranUI is a interface modification for the game Age of Conan. Some changes are the result of a total rewrite of the code by
myself while others are the result of talented moddeurs, hence the term "compilation".

DESCRIPTION

°°°°Shortcuts Bars and slots items:

1. New semi-transparent skin with 48 slots all assignable to a keyboard shortcuts (see explanatory image on the Hot Keys).
   
2. New skin background for the 2 floating bars.
   
3. 42 fixed slots 9 pages of 6 slots of the main bar 2x20 slots on floating bars cover the number of slots to 136!
   
4. Added 14 fixed slots (v. 1.02)
   
5. New horizontal skin for the lag meter.
   
6. The mini-buttons to control pets appear on the text TaranUI above the main bar.

°°°°Units Frames:

1. New skin portraits and hover protraits for boss.
   
2. Fixing a bug that moved all windows in case of long names.
   
3. Changing the animation bars for life/mana/endu to something more smooth.
   
4. Changing color texts on the various bars status in white for better lisibility.
   
5. Changing fonts displaying names.
   
6. Reskin floating portraits (v. 1.03)

°°°°XP Bars:

1. New skin of the xp bar to a fireball style.

°°°°Casting Bar:

1. New semi-transparent skin of the casting bar to a fireball style.
   
2. Changing color texts on the bars in white for better lisibility.
   
3. TIPS: Remember that you can move casting bars via the game menu options (Interface Options>Advanced>Cooldown Bars).

°°°°Combos Bars:

1. New semi-transparent skin of the combos bar.
   
2. Changing the orientation to horizontal.
   
3. TIPS: Remember that you can move the combos bar (start a combo, rather than pursuing it, move the bar).

°°°°Minimap/RegionMap/WorldMap:

1. Removing of zoom buttons and slider.
   
2. Removing zoom dock on RegionMap et WorldMap.
   
3. TIPS: Use the mouse wheel to zoom/unzoom.

°°°°SmallTabs above the screen:

°°°°Groups window:

1. Addon Viper's Group Window by Rorasho.

°°°°Onscreen messages display:

1. Remove black bars which invaded the screen.
   
2. Replacing the image of small swords when gaining new skills.

°°°°Changes some colors of texts:

1. Based on the MirageUI addon by LedMirage. (I do not make any changes at this level, a future patch will give you the possibility to make it yourself).

COMPILATION & CREDITS

Among the other authors addons included, we have:

- MirageUI by LedMirage: Great base GUI mod. After huge codes modifications, the only things i have kept is the colors changes made to chat panel and guild/friends panel.

- SmallTabs by Mwbidwel: Decreases the size of the Inventory, Character, Ability, Feats, and Quest Icons at the top of your screen. I just decentralized and relinked images
to "CustomUI/Taran/" folder for an easy install and uninstall.

- Viper's Group Window by Rorasho: Just a different look to the group window. It functions like the standard one does, but just look different (easier read-out).

Warning, I will not update the TaranUI to every patch just for a change of the "revision number," there are programmes like AoC Custom UI Patcher who's doing that very well!

Updates will be present but only in the case of an improvement or an update of the compilation itself!
