Change log

Update all XML files.

Added new graffix to the Timer bar.

Removed the bars from the system messages and made the text smaller.

I have tested this for known bugs as seen by my fans. None appeared and I hope they are all fixed for everyone as well.

Known caveats

Lost function on the Color XP bar. I left the items in the UI because I am trying to fix the problem.
