What does it do?
It informs the player about almost everything what he want. (with voice), So its possible to get a warning, if a the a Sin activate his "avatar of death".
It parse in real time the current LogCombat file from AOC. As comparison, it takes a user-customized configuration.
When it finds a match, it says whats happend.
Works in PvP and PvE.

Why?
The Buff and UI system in AOC is very weak. I play AOC since his release. (PvP). And I do not think it hurts when newcomers get some help in PvP/PvE.
